All meals and snacks are included in our daily rates, as well as nappies, wipes and creams. For those families with more than one child at Nursery on the Heath, a sibling discount of 10% is given. Please note fees change with a child’s birth date rather than which room they attend.

FUNDED CHILDCARE
All children in England get 570 hours per year of universal funding from the term after their 3rd birthday, which is usually taken as 15 hours per week term time. A further extended 15 hours is also available - to find out if you are eligible, please visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk. Please note, you can get 30 hours funded childcare costs at the same time as claiming Universal Credit, tax credits or childcare vouchers.
EARLY YEARS PUPIL PREMIUM (EYPP)
You may be able to apply for Early Years Pupil Premium, extra money to improve your child’s outcomes. For NOTH to receive this funding, your child must be 3 or 4 years old and receiving Free Early Education as well as benefit, such as income support. Please liaise with the office for further details.
REGISTRATION
To reserve your place, please complete our Registration Form and return to us along with a £100 non-refundable registration fee. To check availability or book a viewing, please contact us on 01279 730331.
PAYMENT
Invoices are sent out on or around the 21st of each month with the request that they are settled by the 1st. We accept payment by BACS transfer, cash (a receipt is issued), childcare vouchers and
the government tax free childcare scheme.
SETTLING IN SESSIONS
A month before you are due to start, we will be in touch with you to organise some settling in sessions. Your first visit will give the opportunity to meet your child’s Key Person and complete relevant paperwork to ensure we have everything in place before your child comes on board. Settling in sessions thereafter are tailor-made to meet individual needs and increase in time to build up towards your child’s first day.
